Results are typically settled within 30 minutes of a match ending. In disputed cases, the result declared by the official sports governing body will be considered final. Any objections regarding a bet's outcome must be raised with the support team within 72 hours.

General Bonus Terms

• To withdraw after receiving a bonus, you must first meet the specified turnover (rollover) requirements.

• Each promotion can only be used once — claiming a bonus across multiple accounts from the same household or device is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
